This week we’ll look at the first H of this month’s theme, hugs. Hugs are a wonderful way to communicate love and care. In addition, studies have found hugs help make us healthy. When someone is grieving, love, care and good health are all things they need. It’s important for grievers to find people who can help meet those needs. And remember, always ask if it is okay before you hug.
