Obituary of Kathryn Reigh

Kathryn P. Reigh, 93, of Fleming, formerly of Matternville, died Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Community General Hospital in Harrisburg. Born August 10, 1917, in Bigler, she was a daughter of the late Mitchell C. and Berda Olive (Hubler) Rinehart. On September 25, 1937,she married Bernard C. Reigh, who died May 7, 1986. She is also survived by two children, Jane Goss of Harrisburg and Ron Reigh and his wife, Sharon, of Bellefonte; two sisters, Leda Smeltzer of Pine Grove Mills and Maxine Horner of Harrisburg, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded by three sisters and one brother. She was a member of Woodycrest United Methodist Church and a member of the United Methodist Women's Group. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton St., State College. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 21, at Koch Funeral Home with Reverend Renee Ford officiating. Burial will be in Centre County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Woodycrest United Methodist Church, 219 W. Clearview Avenue, State College, PA 16803.
