What does freedom mean to you? According to www.dictionary.com, freedom is the state of being free or at liberty rather than in confinement or under physical restraint. For some, grief feels like the exact opposite of freedom; it feels like entrapment. Is it possible to experience freedom when grieving? Obviously, only you know the answer for you. In this month’s remaining posts we’ll explore three connections between grief and freedom.
