Our theme this month is Meaningful Memories and Moments! When you’ve lost a loved one, the holiday season can be challenging. You think about the Meaningful Memories and Moments you had with your loved one and you miss having them with you. You also think about making new Meaningful Memories and Moments and aren’t sure how to do so. In our Healing Through the Holidays support and education program, we’ve created an acronym for healing tips. And because we encourage humor on the grief journey, we chose the acronym BERP – just as a burp is a release, we hope these tips will help you release some of your pain. We’ll take a look at the BERP tips over the next few weeks
