We are continuing our discussion of the 4-3-2-1 on Hope, Healing and Wholeness with a discussion of the 2 Intentions.  The first intention is to heal, grow and be transformed.  This is one of those times when “what you see is what you get.”  If you commit to healing, growing and being transformed, you will look for that along the way.  It doesn’t mean that you won’t experience pain; it means you’ll allow yourself to embrace the pain and move through it to find hope, healing and wholeness.

"Each difficult moment has the potential to open my eyes and open my heart."                                                    ~Myla Kabat-Zinn
