As you begin 2016, look at your grief journey and see if there is anything you are ready to leave behind.  What are you holding onto?  Are you ready to let go of any piece?  Maybe yes, maybe no.  Listen to your inner teacher and allow your grief.  Be kind and gentle to yourself. Well wishes on your New Year!
