This month in Monday’s Moments let’s talk about choices.  We face many every day of our lives. How do we make our choices and decisions?  One program I really enjoy conducting during retreats or classes is a session concerning spiritual decision making.  I design the program around a book written by a friend and mentor of mine, Nancy Bieber.  Her book is entitled Decision Making and Spiritual Discernment: The Sacred Art of Finding Your Way and is all about choices and our relationship with them.

“Making decisions is inherently sacred work, even when we don’t recognize it as such.Through our decisions, we shape our unique and sacred lives."
