Happy Independence Day!  The 4th of July is the essence of freedom. And freedom is something that has always been very important to me. Many of the decisions I make in my life are based on which option feels most free. A wise spiritual direction mentor of mine, Glenn Mitchell, often talks about living and making decisions by paying attention to freedom, truth and love. On this day when we celebrate our country’s freedom, I invite you to consider using freedom, truth and love to help guide your decisions and life.
