In addition to Time for Family, Time for Talk  this month, we are also paying attention to Grief and Gratitude: Can these emotions be linked?  Have you found this to be true? I have in a couple of ways. One, we experience grief when we lose those things that have brought us gratitude. And two, we help heal our grief by paying attention to those things for which we are grateful. And what better time to think about gratitude than this week when we celebrate Thanksgiving!
