As I’ve described over the last four weeks, the 4-3-2-1 on Hope, Healing and Wholeness begins with the 4 C’s. Next we have the 3 Skills. I shared a little about these in June and July. To review, these three skills can help you with the many emotions of grief :
- Attending: Learning to Listen
- Befriending: You Have to Feel It if You Want to Heal It
- Surrendering: To Let It Go, You Have to Let It Flow
