As we continue our discussion on the 4-3-2-1 on Hope, Healing and Wholeness, we move now to the 2 Intentions.  When you are grieving a loss, it is important to set intentions for what you want to experience on your journey.  Two intentions that help you find hope, healing and wholeness are:

  • the intention to heal, grow and be transformed  and
  • the intention to look for light along the way.

We will continue our discussion of these intentions over the next couple of weeks.
