Breathing in the moments seems very simple but it takes practice. The past is behind us, the future is ahead and what we have is this moment right now. How do we want to be present to it? I encourage you to begin by noticing – noticing what you’re feeling inside and noticing what is happening around you. And remember to bring tenderness and compassion to yourself and others. I leave you this month with a Maya Angelou quote:

Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take but by the moments that take your breath away.

Breathe in those moments.
