What's on Your Mind? 
Promoting Short-Term Memory for Long-Time Healthy Aging

Stress, worry and distractions can get in the way of accomplishing our goals and achieving a sense of well-being.  With so many demands on our intentions, it has become increasingly important to avoid distractions and optimize our mental focus.  Jonathan Hakun, Assistant Teaching Professor of Psychology, Faculty Affiliate in the Center of Healthy Aging will discuss current research and strategies that promote mental clarity.
