Tuesdays, May 4 - June 15 2021 - A Walk with Grief

By: Dar Bellissimo
Thursday, April 8, 2021

A Centre Region Parks & Recreation Program.

A Walk With Grief is not an exercise program but instead a time of coming together with others who are grieving a loss and...walking. Walking to move grief from the inside to the outside. Walking to benefit from physical activity. Walking to connect with the healing aspects of nature. And walking to know you’re not alone. You can speak and share with others, or you can move about in silence. The important thing is to show-up. Sessions will be one hour and held at different parks in our community. There will be six sessions and participants will receive park information once registration is complete. Masking and social distancing protocols will be followed.

Jackie Naginey Hook will be the Instructor. Please register at Centre Region Parks & Recreation website by clicking here.

When: Tuesdays, May 4, May 11, May 18, May 25, June 8 &
               June 15, 2021 - (No walk on June 1)
