Paul was a 1961 graduate of State College High School. He was employed and retired from Weis Markets after 33 years of service. After a short time working as a janitor for the State College School District, he became the building manager for the Assembly of God Church in State College.

In Paul’s early years, he was an avid photographer, contributing to his high school yearbook. He was also very creative as an artist and loved to do illustrations. In his teens, he taught himself to play guitar and performed with various bands in the Centre County area. His core band, the Misfits spanned a couple of decades when Paul resurrected the group in the late 1970’s. Music was one of his passions and brought him great joy throughout his life. Paul was also a car buff and had a keen eye for their originality. He loved camping with family and friends, and enjoyed sharing his love of music around the campfire. His love and passion for all these things are his legacy, as a gift to his family, to pass down for generations to come.
