Obituary of Richard Neil Weaver

Richard Neil Weaver, 88, of State College, died Monday, December 13, 2021, at Mount Nittany Medical Center.

Born January 1, 1933, in Tusseyville, he was the son of the late John and Dorothy Meyer Weaver. On January 2nd 1953 he married Patricia Musser, who survives

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Beth Tressler and her husband Greg of Pennsylvania Furnace; three siblings, Ronald Weaver and his wife Rene of Bellefonte, Dean Weaver and his wife Mary Lou of Bellefonte, and Barbara Lippincott of State College; three grandchildren, Jason, Aaron and Sarah; and three great-grandchildren, Jax, Noah and Selah. He was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Weaver; and a sister, Lavonne Struble.

Richard served in the United States Army and The Air National Guard. He worked for the Federal Government Environmental Protection Research and Penn State Department of Agronomy. He attended Milesburg Baptist Church. He was an avid weight lifter and runner. He enjoyed all sports and spending time with family. His favorite family vacation place was Ocean City NJ. He Loved God and his family!
