Obituary of Todd Harold Wheeler

Todd Harold Wheeler, 63, of Pine Grove Mills, died Sunday, June 19, 2022, at Mount Nittany Medical Center.

Born January 19, 1959, in Bellefonte, he was the son of the late Nelson L. and Shirley J. (Soyster) Wheeler. On April 28, 1979, he married Kathleen M. Lucas, of Pine Grove Mills, who survives at home after sharing 43 years of marriage together.

In addition to his wife, Todd is survived by three children. Jessica M. Michael of Pine Grove Mills, Toni D. Wheeler and her husband Thomas Armstrong of Bellefonte, and Todd L. Wheeler of Pleasant Gap; two siblings, Bonnie McMiniment of State College and Gregory Wheeler of Bellefonte; and three grandchildren, Cloe and Ava Michael, and Hunter Armstrong.

Todd was a 1977 graduate of State College Area High School and was the owner/operator of Wheeler's Small Engine for over 20 years.

Todd was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Pine Grove Mills.

Todd loved to spend his spare time boating at Raystown Lake, where he would kayak, fish, and just relax with family and friends. He enjoyed watching Nascar racing. He was a simple man who would do anything for anyone and loved his grandchildren immensely.

Visitation will be, Monday, June 27, 2022 from 6pm-8pm at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 South Atherton Street, State College.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 11am at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Pine Grove Mills.
