Dear Joan, Ed was a great teacher. He taught me how to be a good husband. Though I am not a very good student, I watched how he loved and cherished you. He taught me how to keep promises. I was staying at 201 Elm Street. Ed was supposed to attend a wedding reception. Whilst working in the garden, he suddenly let out a scream and slumped against the wall. I could see he was in excruciating pain. Despite the bad back, Ed drove more than an hour that afternoon to attend the wedding. Ruth and I will miss him. David Wong, Singapore.
