Obituary of Samuel Stafford
Samuel Jakob Stafford passed away peacefully at the time of his birth on Thursday, April 19, 2012. Sam is the beloved son of Chad and Leslie Stafford, and the cherished baby brother of Jakob and Gracelyn Stafford.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 12 at 11:00 AM at the Upper Spruce Creek Presbyterian Church, located at 2620 Spruce Creek Rd., Pennsylvania Furnace. A luncheon will follow at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sam's memory to the Special Olympics of Centre County, PO Box 10465, State College, PA 16805.
