Obituary of Aaron Shade

Aaron Marice Shade, 30, of Boalsburg, died Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College. Born November 27, 1982, in State College, he was the son of Charles Edward and Patricia Ann Shade Sr., who survive in Boalsburg. Also surviving are two brothers, Michael Edward Chambers of St. Petersburg, FL. and Charles Edward Shade, Jr. of Boalsburg; his paternal grandmother, Rosa B. Shade of State College; his maternal grandmother, Rita E. Tavares of Philadelphia; eight uncles and aunts, Tom Shade III and his wife, Cy, Harry Shade, Henry Shade and his wife, Kathleen, Jessie Shade and his wife, Sally, Brenda Shade, Tennie Shade, Marsha Savage and her husband, Milton and Bonnie Tavares; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Tom Shade, Jr., his maternal grandfather, Marice Tavares, one uncle, Gregory Tavares, two aunt's, Gwendolyn and Robin Shade. Aaron was a 2002 graduate of State College Area High School. He was very involved with computers, especially online gaming and enjoyed music. Aaron was always a very kind and happy person. Visitation will be 1 until 3 p.m., on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 South Atherton Street, State College. A funeral prayer will be offered at the conclusion of the visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 810 River Ave., Suite 140 Pittsburgh, PA 15212. Arrangements are under the care of Koch Funeral Home, State College.
