Gladys Ruth Ripka Bathurst Meyer, 75, of rural Bellefonte died on Thursday, October 26, 2017.
Born on November 14, 1941, the daughter of Robert S. and Jean Packer Ripka. She married Hassel E. Meyer who preceded her in death on June 5, 2009.
Services will be private.
