As we continue this month’s discussion about the uniqueness of self-care, we’ll look at the emotional realm. All kinds of emotions can be a part of our grief journeys. Alan Wolfelt suggests some ways to nurture ourselves emotionally are reaching out to others, listening to music, drawing a grief map and scheduling something that gives you pleasure every day.
