As 2019 comes to an end and we get ready to start a new year, I invite you to include a practice of gratitude in your day. Some people write down five things they’re grateful for. Some even decide to never repeat any of the items. Others talk about what they’re most grateful for, least grateful for and what they’re invited to each day. Even others take gratitude walks and look for items along the way. Find your own way and remember, you’re not grateful because you’re happy, you’re happy because you’re grateful.
