Our December theme is Memories and accomplishments without you, is this possible? If this is the holiday season for you and you’ve lost a loved one, you might be wondering how you are going to cope. How can you make new memories and appreciate accomplishments? How do you deal with the disparity between the pain you’re feeling and the joy many of those around you are experiencing? Know that you’re not alone and others have travelled this road before. You can do this! I’ll share some ideas in the coming weeks.
