Tides Presents ~ Grief Matters

How do we hold grief in our personal lives, in our professional lives, in our family lives? How can we help ourselves and those around us with the grief experience? This educational seminar works to connect our community and provide resources for our education and mental health professionals. Sessions include: How to Hold Grief; Restorative Practices; Grief and Death in the Media; Creative Expression in Healing; Death in the Workplace; Mindfulness in Life and Grief Children and Grief.
