Love Heals. Love is Celebrated.  Last week we spoke about how love heals as we remember with love and yesterday we celebrated that at our Remembering with Love: A Ceremony Honoring Your Loved One Who Died. This week we will talk a little about how love heals as you care for yourself with love. The grief journey can be exhausting and it is very important for you to be gentle with yourself. Lovingly care for your body, mind and spirit. This will look different for each of you, but some ideas can be found in the  4-3-2-1-! of Hope, Healing and Wholeness.
