Obituary of James W. Nieman

James W. Nieman, 58, of State College, died Thursday, February 18, 2016, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Born January 14, 1958, he was the son of the late Morton and Eleanor Frankel Nieman. He is survived by an aunt, Jeanne Lefkowitz, of Scottsdale, AZ. He enjoyed reading and listening to music, eating out, leisurely trips to Bellefonte, watching and discussing sports, politics and the daily news. He will be greatly missed by his Strawberry Fields family. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, February 22, 2016 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton Street, State College, with the Rabbi David Ostrich officiating. Burial will be in Centre County Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the care of Koch Funeral Home, State College.
