Obituary of Brenda Louise Hoover

Brenda Louise Hoover, 72, of Millheim, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023, at home.

Born September 1, 1951, in State College, she was the daughter of the late Norman K. and Helen L. (Ogline) Hoover.  On April 17, 1994 she married Michael D. Bathrick in Cummingon, MA. Michael survives.

Brenda graduated from State College High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Penn State University.  She and her husband lived in Pittsfield, MA until her parents' illness brought them to Centre County to provide assistance. Brenda and Mike were partners in Mill Race Books in Millheim.

Memorial service will be held at 6 pm, Friday, December 15, 2023 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton St., State College, PA with Celebrant Jackie Naginey Hook officiating.
