Obituary of Theresa Pagano

Theresa Pagano, 96, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, March 10, 2013 in State College Born September 5, 1916, in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Franchetti Pirollo. On November 5, 1939, she married Charles Pagano who died June 13, 1972. She is survived by her daughters, Marie Bonner of State College and Dorothy Rice and her husband, Charles, of Union City, CA, 7 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son in law, Joseph Bonner. Theresa taught elementary school classes in the Philadelphia Parochial System. She was a member of St. Mary Magdalen de Pazzi Roman Catholic Church in South Philadelphia where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Friday, March 15, 2013. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 7 until 9 p.m. at Pennsylvania Burial Company, 1327 South Broad Street, Philadelphia. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
