Obituary of Edward Kasody

Edward M. Kasody, 80, of Boalsburg, died Sunday, February 16, 2014, at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College. He was born on January 26, 1934. On October 19, 1963 he married Betty Erdman, who survives. He is also survived by three children, Robert E. Kasody, of Long Beach, CA, Patricia A. Kasody, of Northville, MI, Michael E. Kasody, of Grand Prairie, TX; a sister, Kathleen Marie Gannon, of Wilmington, DE and three grandchildren, Nicholas, Christopher and Addison. He served in the United States Air Force. He earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from Penn State University. He had a successful and productive career with Alcoa and American Trim. After retirement he contributed greatly to Penn State University. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
